Gbemisola, the elder sister of Nigerian musician Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has alleged that her brother’s recent controversial behavior is due to a spiritual spell cast by a family member. In a video circulating on social media, Gbemisola expressed her concerns and apologized to Nigerians for Portable’s actions.
She identified a family member named Akeem as the individual responsible for casting the spell, which she believes is causing Portable to misbehave and offend the public. Gbemisola emphasized that Portable has been the primary supporter of their family and credited him with saving her life during a severe illness.
This revelation comes amid Portable’s ongoing legal issues with the Ogun State government. The state recently arraigned nine of his associates for allegedly assaulting officials from the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development. Portable, currently at large, has pleaded for the release of his associates, claiming he is being set up by certain individuals.
In her plea, Gbemisola urged Nigerians to forgive Portable, attributing his erratic behavior to the alleged spiritual manipulation by their family member.
