Position Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst with Bookkeeping Expertise to join our team. Key Responsibilities
1. Data Collection & Organization
- Gather and compile data from multiple business units, including:
- Farming: Track productivity and operational data.
- Short-Let Business: Collect booking and occupancy data.
- Real Estate: Record sales, rentals, and transaction details.
- Financial Records: Maintain updated and accurate databases.
- Organize and centralize data for easy access and management.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze operational trends to uncover actionable insights:
- Evaluate farming productivity and cost efficiency.
- Monitor short-let occupancy rates and profitability.
- Study real estate sales patterns to inform strategy.
- Develop visual dashboards and comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct cost analyses to identify savings opportunities and improve profitability.
3. Bookkeeping & Financial Management
- Maintain financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasts, and financial statement generation.
- Align operational data with financial records for accurate reporting.
- Support tax compliance by organizing financial data and ensuring regulatory adherence.
4. Process Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to enhance productivity.

Qualifications
Educational Background

Professional Experience
