Nyesom Wike, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), has refused to apologize to Peter Odili, former Rivers State Governor. Wike spoke during a luncheon at his residence in Port Harcourt on Friday. He insisted his remarks about Odili were not insults but reminders of Odili’s public statements.
Wike accused Odili of encouraging Governor Siminalayi Fubara to break the peace accord.
