About the Role
As a Social Media Manager & Content Developer, you’ll be tasked with repurposing an extensive content library of over 300 long-form videos into eye-catching short-form content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. Your goal? To drive organic growth, increase engagement, and promote our farming, short-let apartment, and real estate ventures.
This position demands expertise in social media algorithms, video editing, and trend analysis. You’ll need to think strategically and creatively to ensure our brand messaging resonates with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Optimization
- Repurpose long-form videos into engaging short-form content tailored for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Produce new, trend-aligned short videos that highlight our farming, real estate, and short-let businesses.
- Leverage trending audio, advanced transitions, and cutting-edge video effects to maximize content appeal.
Social Media Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to enhance organic growth and engagement.
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes and trends to refine content for maximum impact.
- Implement creative strategies to promote diverse ventures across multiple industries.
Brand Consistency & Storytelling
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all content aligns with brand messaging.
- Craft compelling stories and visuals that connect with the audience emotionally and intellectually.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate content success and optimize future strategies.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
- Advanced video editing skills, including transitions, effects, and trending content styles.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and strategies for organic growth.
- Creative storytelling abilities with the flexibility to produce content across multiple niches.
- On-site availability in Lagos 4-5 days per week, including Saturdays.
Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of social media monetization strategies.
