What Does the Role Entail?
As a housekeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring that guests experience comfort, cleanliness, and satisfaction during their stay. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and orderliness in our serviced apartments.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and Maintenance
- Keep all rooms and public areas clean and orderly.
- Change linens, clean bathrooms, and ensure all spaces are sanitized.
- Perform general upkeep tasks such as dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
- Guest Comfort
- Ensure apartments are fully prepared and welcoming for guests upon arrival.
- Replenish toiletries and other consumables as needed.
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints about housekeeping.
- Reporting and Inventory
- Report any damages, repairs, or maintenance issues to management.
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and ensure restocking when needed.
- Teamwork
- Collaborate with other staff to provide exceptional service to guests.
Requirements
- Gender: Male (preferred)
- Experience: Prior housekeeping or related experience is a plus.
- Skills:
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills for guest interaction.
- Availability: Flexible and available to work weekends or evenings if necessary.
