Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has urged Nigerians to address the root causes of the country’s struggles. He pointed to poor leadership as a key factor behind widespread suffering. In a Christmas message shared on Facebook, he called for reflection, unity, and decisive action.

Atiku extended warm greetings to Christians celebrating the season. He described Christmas as a time for love, compassion, and selflessness. He encouraged Nigerians to embrace these values and come together, despite the challenges facing the nation.

“This season reminds us of the importance of love, unity, compassion, and selflessness,” Atiku said. “It is a time to reflect on these values and come together as a nation despite the challenges we face.”

He acknowledged the hardships many Nigerians endure daily but urged them to find gratitude in the blessings of the season. At the same time, he stressed the need for bold steps to tackle the issues causing this suffering.

“It is also a time to confront the root causes of our struggles, including poor leadership, which has led to widespread suffering,” he said. He encouraged Nigerians to believe in the strength of unity and the power of love to overcome obstacles.

Atiku’s message strikes a chord as Nigerians navigate tough economic and social realities. He emphasized that unity and compassion are critical to overcoming these challenges. His call to action resonates with a country seeking change and better leadership.

As the season continues, Atiku’s words serve as a reminder of the importance of working together to build a better Nigeria. His message blends hope with a clear challenge to address the systemic issues holding the nation back.
