Key Responsibilities:

Your Main Duties Will Include:
- Driving Sales and Product Promotion:

- Monitor product stock levels and ensure that retail stores are well-stocked with the brand’s products.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest market trends and consumer preferences in the beauty industry.
- Provide valuable feedback to the company regarding consumer needs, competitors’ products, and potential market gaps.
- Customer Interaction and Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, and other stakeholders.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly, ensuring they are satisfied with their shopping experience.
- Promote Brand Awareness:
- Help create buzz around the brand by engaging in marketing activities, including promotional events and in-store demonstrations.

Key Requirements:
- Sales/Merchandising Experience:
Previous experience in sales or merchandising is essential. Experience in the beauty industry will be a big advantage, but we are open to candidates with transferable skills from other consumer goods sectors. - Inventory Management Skills:
You should be comfortable tracking inventory and ensuring that stock levels are maintained. You must be able to manage product orders and organize stock in an efficient manner. - Strong Communication and Persuasion Skills:
Effective communication is critical. You will be interacting with customers, retailers, and company staff regularly. A persuasive attitude, with the ability to sell and influence purchasing decisions, is key to success. - Teamwork:
Collaboration with other team members, including marketing and logistics, will be important to ensure the smooth running of operations. - Knowledge of Beauty Products:

Qualifications:
- University Degree and NYSC Certificate:

You must reside in Port Harcourt or its environs. The role requires frequent travel to retail locations within the city, so being based locally is a key requirement.
