Role Overview:
As the Head of Operations, you will be entrusted with overseeing all the operational activities of our global payments platform. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively, in line with the company’s strategic objectives. This role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on management, as you will lead a team of operations professionals while collaborating with other senior leaders across Product, Compliance, Technology, and Customer Service teams. Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Strategy & Leadership:

These goals will help track the efficiency, scalability, and overall success of operational processes across different markets.
You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of operations professionals, providing them with clear direction and guidance. 4. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:
In the global payments space, regulatory compliance is non-negotiable. As Head of Operations, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of compliance protocols that adhere to relevant laws and industry standards, especially in the realm of cross-border payments. You will ensure that all operational activities follow the highest standards of regulatory compliance, including regulations such as PSD2 (Payment Services Directive 2), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
Your role will also involve proactive risk management. You will work with internal teams to identify potential risks to the business and implement risk-mitigation strategies. This could involve ensuring that all operational activities are regularly audited to meet regulatory standards or identifying emerging risks that might affect payment systems globally.
