Position Overview
Lightshine Investments, a diversified organization involved in real estate development, agriculture, and real estate agency services, is seeking a talented Admin/Office Manager (Integrator) to join their team. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage the administrative and operational functions of their office in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities
- Integrator Role (EOS System)
- Serve as the central link between the leadership team and other departments.
- Ensure business goals are effectively translated into actionable tasks and completed on time.
- Monitor progress toward achieving organizational objectives, holding team members accountable.
- Address operational challenges and drive efficiency across the company.
- Sales and Lead Follow-Up
- Respond promptly to real estate sales inquiries.
- Follow up with leads to ensure progression through the sales pipeline.
- Assist in preparing sales materials and property presentations.
- Record Keeping and Expense Management
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and critical documents.
- Track project expenses and assist with budget planning.
- Prepare financial reports for management review.
- Meeting Coordination and Facilitation
- Schedule and organize meetings across departments.
- Prepare agendas and distribute materials ahead of time.
- Document and share meeting minutes with relevant stakeholders.
- Leadership Oversight
- Monitor the performance of team members in leadership roles across various business units.
- Offer guidance and support to ensure objectives are met.
- Address challenges and mediate resolutions.
- Task and Project Management
- Manage a comprehensive task list across real estate, agriculture, and agency services.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project statuses.
- Property Inspections and Client Interaction
- Conduct real estate property inspections with clients.
- Offer expert guidance and address client inquiries during viewings.
- Travel to nearby areas for property inspections and meetings as needed.
- Tech Tool Proficiency
- Utilize tools like Canva for presentations and visuals.
- Leverage Google Office tools for documentation and collaboration.
- Apply advanced Excel skills for data analysis and performance reporting.
- Use project/task management software to organize and track tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, ideally in the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Canva, and task management software.
- Advanced Excel skills for financial tracking and data analysis.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Familiarity with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and prior experience in an Integrator role (preferred).
- Willingness to travel for property inspections and business-related activities.
