Popular media personality, Nedu Wazobia, has denied allegations linking him to drug-related activities and fraud.
The controversy erupted after a leaked audio shared by social media critic, VeryDarkMan, accused Nedu of being connected to individuals involved in drugs and fraudulent operations across Turkey, South Africa, and Morocco.
On Wednesday, February 26, 2025, VeryDarkMan reportedly submitted a petition against Nedu at the embassies of Turkey, South Africa, and Morocco in Nigeria, seeking further investigation.
Reacting to the allegations, Nedu took to his Instagram story to dismiss the claims, insisting he has no involvement in any criminal activity.
He wrote, “Hello everyone, this is not a joke anymore. I know nothing about that voice note going around. I did not make that voice note. While this seems to be fun and games, I’ve never and will never be part of anything criminal.”
The media personality urged the public to disregard the accusations while expressing his commitment to clearing his name.
