Dr. David Oyedepo, Chancellor of Covenant University in Ota, Ogun, has revealed that more than 90% of the institution’s graduates are employable. Speaking in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria on Monday, Oyedepo highlighted that the university is ranked top among Nigerian universities for graduate employability, with a rating exceeding 90%.

He credited the university’s leadership development studies for equipping graduates with the necessary skills and competencies to tackle challenges both locally and globally. According to Oyedepo, these programs prepare students not only for jobs but also to provide solutions to the pressing issues facing the nation.

Oyedepo also urged other institutions to focus on impactful research aimed at solving local problems, advocating for solutions that do not rely on foreign assistance.
