Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers has further strengthened its commitment to youth empowerment by investing N50 million into Nigerian talents across fashion, technology, music, and dance through the third season of the FUZE Talent Show held in Lagos.
Winners of this year’s edition included Esther Okonta (Fashion), Grace James (Tech), Caleb Edet Tremor (Music), and Benedict Emmanuel (Dance). They were rewarded with monetary prizes, industry exposure, and mentorship opportunities to accelerate their careers.
Themed “Light It Up,” the event captivated a live audience and millions of online viewers. Speaking at the event, Olumide Oyetan, Chief Executive of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers, praised the talent displayed. “FUZE 3.0 has exceeded our expectations. The incredible creativity of these young Nigerians proves the immense potential our nation holds. This platform continues to nurture and showcase our future stars,” Oyetan remarked.
The competition attracted over 6,000 entries, leading to a fiercely competitive selection process before the final showdown. This year’s FUZE Festival recorded over 10,000 participants, surpassing last year’s figure of 8,000, further solidifying its status as a premier platform for young talents.
Reaffirming their dedication to youth development, Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers announced the return of FUZE 4.0 in 2025. “We invite aspiring talents to prepare and stay updated for the next edition as we continue to spotlight Nigeria’s creative brilliance,” Oyetan added.
