Timini Egbuson, the Nollywood heartthrob admired by many, recently shared his thoughts on love and life. In an exclusive interview with Saturday Beats, he made it clear that, for now, Nollywood is his only love. “I am not in love with anyone, I am only in love with Nollywood—my craft and what I do on screen,” he said.
When it comes to love, Egbuson believes it’s a beautiful thing, but he also has advice for those falling in love. “Try and fall in love scared,” he advised. “Don’t overthink it. Love has its ups and downs, but it’s still a good thing.”
Despite being a favorite among many women, Egbuson is focused on his career. His passion for acting keeps him busy, and he is not looking for love outside of his work. “I portray love in my films, but right now, I’m all about my craft,” he explained.
Egbuson also reflected on his favorite Christmas memories. He remembered simpler times when he was a child. “It was just a happier time. There wasn’t social media, and things felt more genuine,” he said, expressing nostalgia for the past.
As for the holidays, Egbuson plans to relax and recharge. “I work hard all year, so this is my time to let my hair down and breathe a little,” he shared. “It also means going to the beach and enjoying some peace.”
With his eyes on the future, Egbuson remains committed to his work in Nollywood. However, he’s also taking the time to appreciate the simple joys of life.
