Job Summary
The Administrative/Frontdesk Officer will serve as the backbone of the school’s administrative operations. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, maintaining school records, ensuring smooth communication, and managing the school’s social media presence.
The successful candidate will work closely with school management, teachers, staff, and parents to foster a seamless and efficient school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to school management, teachers, staff, and parents.
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Communication:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with parents, students, and external parties.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including student files, attendance, and academic performance.
- Ensure all records comply with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Data Management:
- Enter and manage data in the school’s management information system.
- Generate reports as needed by school management.
- Event Coordination:
- Assist with planning and coordinating school events, such as parent-teacher conferences, assemblies, and festivals.
- Ensure all events run smoothly and are well-organized.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support school management in creating a safe and welcoming environment.
- Social Media Management:

Requirements
1. Qualifications:
