The Labour Party (LP) believes only a united opposition can dislodge the All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2027. Marcel Ngogbehei, LP’s Director General of Mobilisation, made this clear in a statement.
Ngogbehei praised the Obidient Movement for their resilience and commitment. He thanked them for their efforts, noting that 2025 will be a year to turn dreams into action. However, he warned against internal divisions that could weaken their movement.
We need unity, he stressed. Divisions only benefit those who oppose us. We must stay focused on the bigger picture: restoring Nigeria to its rightful path.
Ngogbehei called for stronger collaboration among party members. He urged them to inspire others with their shared vision for a better Nigeria. He reminded the group that the challenges ahead are tough, but their determination is stronger.
Together, we are unstoppable, he said. Together, we will build the Nigeria of our dreams.
The LP’s message signals a clear focus on unity as they prepare for the 2027 elections. They are positioning themselves as the alternative to the APC, committed to a government that works for the people.
